     No-Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
dash salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp water
 

Instructions
Put flour, shortening and salt into a mixing bowl. Cut shortening into 8 to 10 pieces. Mix egg, vinegar and water in a small bowl. Pour liquid over the first mixture, and knead together. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half on a floured surface.
