Ingredients
10lbs 2-Row Malt-US
1lb Victory Malt-US
.5lb Wheat Malt-US
1oz OSHY Centennial Hops @ 60 minutes
1oz OSHY Cascade Hops @ 5 minutes
1oz OSHY Cascade Hops dry hopped for 10 days
White Labs California Ale WLP001
 

Instructions
Mash @ 153 degrees for 60 minutes then follow hop schedule for 60 minutes. Cool to 70-78 degrees and pitch yeast. Let sit 5-7 days in primary then rack to secondary and add dry hops for 10 days.
IBU-39, SRM-6.93, ABV-6%, OG-1.063, FG-1.018, Boil Size-6.5 gallons, Batch Size-5 gallons
