Ingredients
11lbs 2-Row-US
1lb Caramel/Crystal 60-US
1.25oz OSHY Centennial Hops @ 60 minutes
.5oz OSHY Centennial Hops @ 30 minutes
1oz OSHY Cascade Hops @ 15 minutes
.5oz OSHY Cascade Hops @ 5 minutes
1oz OSHY Cascade Hops dry hopped for 10 days

Instructions
Mash @ 155 degrees for 60 minutes. Boil adding hop schedule from above, remove from heat and cool to 70-78 degrees. Pitch yeast and keep in primary for 5-7 days then rack to secondary and dry hop for 10 days.
IBU-69, SRM-10, ABV-6.25%, OG-1.066, FG-1.019 Boil Size- 6.5 gallons, Batch Size- 5 gallons
