     Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

Servings   2 large mushroom cap

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
4 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 teasp. garlic salt
1/2 teas. crushed red pepper
2 lg. Portabella mushrooms
1/4 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup shredded chicken
 
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
Melt together; butter, cream cheese and wine until thickened. Add garlic salt and red pepper. Shut off burner, let sit.
Remove & chop mushroom stems. Set aside. Saute' onion and chopped garlic in olive oil. Add mushroom stems and chicken, and cook about 5 min. Add cream sauce to chicken, adjust seasoning.
Fill mushroom caps. Place on cooke sheet. Top with breadcrumbs. Broil 6 to 9 min. until golden.
