|
|
1 T. cider vinegar
|
|
1 T. mustard
|
|
1 T. molasses
|
|
3/4 tsp. chili powder
|

1/2 tsp. ground cumin
|

1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
|
|
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
|
|
12 ozs. chicken breast, cut into 2-inch pieces
|
|
|
|
4 (2-oz.) sandwich rolls, cut in half horizontally
|
|
12 dill pickle chips
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine first 9 ingredients in medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
|
|
|
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 23 minutes or until chicken is done and tender.
|
|
|
Remove from heat and shred chicken with 2 forks.
|
|
|
Place chicken on bottom half of each roll, then top with pickles and top of roll.
