taco seasoning (recommended 2tsp) - I accidentally used the whole packet
olive oil
shredded cheese
Instructions
Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the glass baking dish.
Sprinkle taco seasoning on top. Lay sliced peppers over the chicken.
Sprinkle Olive oil over the peppers. Smother with shredded cheese.
Cook on 375 for 45 minutes.
