     Mediterranean Herb Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut lengthwise into 6 serving size pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, cut into 1/2 inch thick wedges
 
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients in shallow dish. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Coat chicken evenly with remaining flour mixture. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove chicken from skillet. Add onion and bell pepper to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in tomatoes, broth and reserved flour mixture. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
