     Congealed Salad

Ingredients
1 large strawberry jello
1 large can (20 oz) pineapples chunks
1 cup chopped nuts (walnut preferred)
2 cups buttermilk
1 large cool whip
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup miniature marshmellows if desired
 

Instructions
Heat pineapple and sugar to boil. Stir in jello. Cool to thicken. Add buttermilk and cool whip. Fold in nuts and marshmellows if desired. Pour into rectangle pan or mold. Refrigerate
