     No Crust Fudge Pie

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup self rising four
1 stick melted butter (1 cup)
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts if desired
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put flour, sugar, cocoa, and pecans in a medium bowl and mix well.
Next melt butter and pour into the bowl stir well so it cools enough to add eggs. Continue to stir to mix well only. Add vanilla
Spray pie dish with cooking spray and then pour mixture into pie dish. Cook for 25-30 minutes. I cooked mine at approximately 28 minutes. The center needs to be semi soft
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with vanilla bean ice cream.
