     Cornbread Dressing

4 cups of cornbread crumbs
3 cups of white bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tbsp sage
2 eggs boiled and chopped
Chicken broth

Mix all and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
I make one large pone of cornbread and crumble then add 2 cooked biscuits crumbled. I then add broth. If dressing seems to dry add more broth. I then add sage and poultry seasoning to taste and eggs.
