In one pan mix the 4 cups distilled water and 6 cups sugar. Boil until clear. It's important to get sugar completely dissolved. In another pan- put 1 quart distilled water , boil, then add 2 ounces instant coffee. Dump both pans together. Cool awhile. Add vanilla, cool, add, the everclear. Bottle. Ready to drink immediately.
