Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove
from the heat.
Add both sugars and stir until they are incorporated and smooth.
Chill mixture for 10 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and stir in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, the salt, and cinnamon and mix
together.
Stir in the white chocolate chips, chocolate chips and pecans.
Roll into 24 medium-size balls by hand or use a scoop, and place
on a light-colored cookie sheet.
Chill at least 30 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the refrigerator and bake for 12 to 14
minutes.
