Preheat oven to 350°.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy (2-3
minutes).
Add egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet and mix on low speed until
combined.
Fold in Oreo’s.
Scoop cookies onto baking sheet (I use cookie scooper).
Bake 8-10 minutes, until edges just start to brown (don’t
overbake!). Let cookies cool on baking sheet for a few minutes
before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
