Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x9 pan with parchment,
allowing some to go over the edges. Combine cookie crumbs and
butter, Press into bottom of the prepared pan. Combine sweetened
condensed milk and cocoa powder and pour over crust. Top with
chocolate chips. Bake 25 min. Let cool completely and cut into
squares. Top with fudge sauce.
