     Lemon Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (Drain juice)
1 large box of lemon jello
3 bannas ( Large chunks or sliced)
 

Instructions
1( Drain and save the juice off the pineapple.
2( Mix the jello according to the directions on the box. 3( Add drain pineapples and bannas.(Chill until set)
4( Cream together and cook until thick, pineapple juice, 1 egg beaten, 1/2 a cup of sugar, 1 Tbsp corn starch. 5( Stir with wisk until thick and smooth.
6( Cool it and add 1 bowl of cool whip. 7( Spread the cooled topping on the set jello. You can top it with chopped nuts and or with colored sugar sprinkles.
