Ingredients
1 cushaw, peeled and cubed
1 stick of margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tsp cinnamon
3/4-1 cup sugar
 

Instructions
Peel and cube cushaw; boil in a large pot. Drain. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked cushaw, with the stick of butter, egg, cinnamon to taste, sugar and vanilla. Pour into a casserole and top with cinnamon sugar. Freezes well, but much better fresh.
