     Asian Slaw

Ingredients
1/4 Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp brown sugar
4 Tbsp white wine
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Bag asian salad mix (discard wontons and nut pkg)
 

Instructions
In a small saucepan add 2 Tbsp olive oil with ginger and garlic. Saute until lightly brown. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and wine. Saute for 5 minutes. Remove from heat
When cool whisk in olive oil, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar. Pour desired amount on salad mix and refrigerate extra dressing. You need to experiment with how much you like on the veggies. I keep it light and only put it on slaw right before eating.
Make sliders by combining slaw with Hoisin pork left overs
