     Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
1 - 32 oz pkg frozen hash browns (can be shredded or chunks
1 - 8 oz pdg cream cheese
Onions chopped (optional)
 

Instructions
Mix soup and broth in crock pot. Add frozen hash browns. Lay cream cheese on top of onions and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Cook for 4 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low. Stir occasionally as it starts to thaw the frozen potatoes - if you are around, if not just stir when you can. Serve with shredded cheese on top or plain.
