Combine flour and sugar and butter; stir in nuts. Press into the bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of a greased 8 in. baking pan. Bake 350 for 15-20 min. or lightly brown.
Combine sugar, flour, powder and salt of filling. In a separate bowl beat eggs, lemon juice and peel until light and fluffy. Fold together, pour over crust, sprinkle with nuts and bake 10-15 minutes.
