     Skillet Dutch baby

Ingredients
2 tb butter
4 extra large eggs
2/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup whole milk
Topping
2 tb butter, melted
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. melt butter in 12 inch skillet over low heat. Mi eggs, flour, milk on med speed until just blended. Pour batter into skillet with melted butter.Place skillet in oven and bake until top puffs up and is lightly golden about 25 minutes.
Drizzle with melted butter on top and sprinkle with lemon juice and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges and serve.
