     Butterball Cookies-Italian Grandmother

Ingredients
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar - more for rolling
2 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP water
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup walnuts - crushed
 

Instructions
Cream butter and sugar together. Mix the other ingredients into the butter and sugar. Add nuts. Roll into balls.
ungreased cookie sheet 350 - 25 mins Finally, roll balls into confectioner's sugar.
After cooling, put into a pastry bag and tie with decorative bow.
