1/4 pound soft butter
|

1 cup sugar

2-3 eggs
|

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups flour
|

1 teaspoon baking soda
|

1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup sour cream
|
|
Filling- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
|
|
|
|
Filling- 1/2 cup sugar
|
|
Filling- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
|

Instructions |
|
|
-Cream butter, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together,
and add to egg mixture alternately with sour cream.
|
|
|
-Pour half of batter into WELL GREASED tube pan, sprinkle with half of the
filling.
|
|
|
-Place remaining dough over the top of the filling. I use most of the
filling in the center.
|
|
|
-Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. (I bake 350 degrees first for 5
minutes, then 315 degrees.)
