     Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/4 pound soft butter
1 cup sugar
2-3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sour cream
Filling- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
Filling- 1/2 cup sugar
Filling- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
-Cream butter, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, and add to egg mixture alternately with sour cream.
-Pour half of batter into WELL GREASED tube pan, sprinkle with half of the filling.
-Place remaining dough over the top of the filling. I use most of the filling in the center.
-Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. (I bake 350 degrees first for 5 minutes, then 315 degrees.)
