Soak wheat kernels and milk in blender for 5 minutes. Blend on high for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on low. Add additional milk if necessary. Bake on hot griddle. Makes 10 – 12 pancakes.
Waffle variation: Add one additional tablespoon of wheat kernels and increase oil to four tablespoons. Bake in waffle iron until done.
