     Garden Patch Chowder

Ingredients
2 cups Water
1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup thinly celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 1.2 tsp pepper
1 stick butter
1/4 cup flour
 
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
8 ounces cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp dill weed (optional)
12 - 16 oz polish sausage sliced - cooked - drained

Instructions
Bring water to boil and add potatoes, carrots, celery , onions, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 15 minutes-until veggies are tender. In separate pan, melt butter, and stir in flour.wisk until smooth and gradually add hot milk and broth. Bring it to boil, add cheese, stir until melted. Add veggies and water, dill and sausage. Heat through
