Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence. Stir in flour and mixed thoroughly. Divide mixture into 20 pieces, roll into a ball with the palms of your hands and toss in coconut. Place on a greased baking dish and flatten slightly and place half a cherry on each of biscuit. Bake in a moderate oven, 180c for about 15-20 minutes or till golden brown. Enjoy --)
