     Quinoa Pizza Bites

Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
4 egg whites
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup 2% shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
pinch of salt
1 tsp paprika
 

Instructions
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Pour into muffin tins. Makes 12 regular or 24 mini. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool in tin for 10 minutes. Eat warm and use pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
