     Balsamic Rosemary Salmon

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4
Preptime   15

Ingredients
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup white wine
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp rosemary
1 clove garlic
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
salt and pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a medium saucepan combine balsamic vinegar, white wine, honey, dijon mustard, rosemary and garlic. Heat mixture over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer over medium-low heat until sauce has thickened slightly (about 3-5 minutes). ~in reality, the sauce won't seem thick at all, but that's ok
3. Remove from heat allow to cool for a few minutes.
4. Place salmon in a nonstick baking pan and season both sides with salt and pepper. Then pour balsamic sauce all over. Bake, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
