     Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1 cup salad oil
3 eggs slightly beeaten
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated raw zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 t cinnamon
3 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
 
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini, & van. Blend. Stir in flour, soda, salt, & cinn. pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans Bake 325 for 1 1/2h until done
