Rinse salmon fillets extremely well, especially if using frozen instead of fresh. Arrange on squares of foil large enough to completely wrap fish.
Combine juices and herbs in small saucepan, and heat gently to meld the flavors. Be careful not to burn, and the OJ has quite a bit of sugar. While heating juice mixture, slice citrus fruits thinly. Arrange equal parts of all fruit on top of salmon fillets.
Once heated, separate juice mixture into 4 parts, and pour over fillets, making sure to douse them as thoroughly as possible. Wrap fish tightly, and grill gently until fork-tender, about 7-8 minutes using a gas grill. Charcoal can take longer depending on condition of coals before you begin.

I serve with grilled asparagus, and brown rice. (See recipes for both)
