Heat 8 cups of water to a boil, hardboil six of the seven eggs. Let cool.
While hardboiled eggs are cooling, combine beef, spices, final egg and oatmeal. Mix thoroughly, by hand. Once completely mixed, add rice wine vinegar and soy sauce. Mix again.
Peel eggs and discard shells. Mold beef mixture around each egg, be sure to cover the entire surface. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until beginning to crisp.

Suggestions
Slice and serve with hot sauce or ketchup.
