Brown beef and drain. Mix tomato and enchilada sauce and pour a couple of tbsp. into bottom of a 9x9 dish. Place a layer of tortillas on top of sauce. Sprinkle 1/4 of beef on top of tortillas and then 1/4 of the cheese. Pour 2 tsp of sauce on top. Repeat 3x ending with a layer of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
