Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add grated cheddar cheese, pimentos and half the can of chilies to meat. Lightly fry tortillas in cooking oil. Drain. Place two tbl of meat mixture inside each tortilla and roll. Place in greased 9x12 casserole.
In large saucepan combine soup, milk and grated processed cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Add remaining chilies and green onion dip mix. Pour sauce over enchiladss. Cover and bake 20-30 minutes.
