In a saucepan mix the sugar and the cocoa together.
Add the evaporated milk. Heat over low heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally. The longer it boils, the thicker the sauce will be.
Serve over ice cream or as a topping of any kind. Easy and yummy!
