     Chimichangas

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
8 flour tortillas
sour cream
guacamole
3/4 c picante sauce
1 tsp cumin
 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 c melted butter

Instructions
Brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain. Stir in picante sauce, oregano, cumin and salt. Simmer 5 minutes or until most of liquid evaporates. Brush one side of tortilla with butter, spoon a heaping 1/8 c of meat mixture over the center of unbuttered side. Fold two sides over, folding ends down. Place seam side don in baking dish. Bake at 475 degrees for approx. 10-15 minutes. Top with sour cream, guacamole and picante sauce
