Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 onion diced
2 stalks of celery diced
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp minced garlic
8 cans (6 1/2 oz)clams with juice
2 cups diced potatoes
1 quart of half n half
3 slices of bacon
 
1 tsp peppe

Instructions
1)melt butter,add onions,garlic,&celery sauté onions until translucent.add flour cook stirring 5 min.2)add clams&juice. cook over med low heat 20-30 min.do not boil3)add pot and halfnhalf heat to 170degrees do not boil.add bacon,pepper 3dashes tobasco
