     Healthy Asian Salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup canola oil
13 cup rice vinegar3 TBL sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg ramen soup
1 bag coleslaw mix
8 med green onions(sliced)
1 med red bell pepper cut into long strips
2 seedless oranges(i use canned mandarin oranges
 
2 cups coarsely ch baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Instructions
in large bowl beat first 4 ingred. with wire whisk until sugar dissolved.break noodles in with the first ingredients then add coleslaw gr onions,red pepper and slivered almonds. toss well stir in oranges and spinach, serve immediately or refrigerate up to 8 hrs.
