     Lump Crab Cakes

1/2 c mayo
1 large egg beaten
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tbl fresh parsley
1 lb lump crab meat
1/2 c plain bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except crabmeat and bread crumbs in a bowl. Gently fold in crabeat and bread crumbs, blending well. Form 12 equal cakes. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
