     Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. p&d shrimp
1 cucumber (peeled)
2 tomatoes
15.5 oz. can black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 T. red onion, diced
3 limes
2 T. cilantro
2 avocados
 

Instructions
Cook shrimp, diced all to same size and combine
Serve with bean chips and/or water crackers
310 calories per serving
