Wash rice thoroughly. Combine burger, rice, salt, pepper and
onion. Shape into small, golfball sized balls. (add small cube of
cheddar or bleu cheese if desired).
Heat tomato sauce and water in deep pan. drop meatballs in
and cover.
Cook 10 minutes over medium heat, turning or basting with
sauce occasionally.

Serve over egg noodles or on their own.
