Cut, season, and pan fry the chicken. Microwave the broccoli to steam and cook. Melt the olive oil and butter together, saute the garlic, then add the flour. Stir in milk and possibly some chicken broth until thick consistency. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Mix cooked pasta, chicken, brocolli, and sauce together.
