     Grain free Baked Gingerbread Donuts

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
pinch of salt
4 egg whites
2 T sugar free maple syrup
2 T unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a medium bowl mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Combine the wet with the dry ingredients and mix until batter is smooth and free of lumps. Divide batter evenly between a 6 hole non-stick donut pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
