Pulse the florets from 1 medium cauliflower head until finely
riced in a food processor. Steam the riced cauliflower about 5
minutes. Place in a dishtowel and squeeze to remove excess
moisture. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Shape into
circles on a baking sheet covered w/ parchment paper. Bake
at 450 for 10 minutes. Add toppings & bake 5 more mins.
