Preheat oven to 170F degrees. Line two 12x17 inch rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Blend ingredients until smooth. If desired, strain to remove seeds.
Divide mixture between pans, spread with an offset spatula to create an even layer. Bake for 3 hours or until no longer sticky. Roatate pans 180 degrees and swap levels half way through/
