1. Zest lemon. Combine butter and flour and whisk until smooth. Add lemon zest, milk and garlic and whisk again. Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 3-4 minutes, or until thickened, stirring every 60 seconds. Add pesto, and mix well.
2. Place chicken in a 9x13 pan, overlapping as necessary. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes-1 hour, or until cooked through.
3. Cook pasta. Seed and dice tomatoes. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta and garnish with tomatoes and fresh basil.
