Combine all ingredients except honey and Apple cider
vinegar.
Dip the chicken into the mix and place in a baking
dish. If there is any leftover sauce pour it over
the chicken. Let sit in refrigerator for at least an
hour. Meanwhile in a separate bowl mix the honey and
Apple cider vinegar, cover and keep at room
temperature.

Pre heat broiler and broil the chicken for 5 minutes
on each side. Then baste with the honey and vinegar
mix. Broil for two more minutes and flip the chicken
over. Baste with the honey and vinegar mix again and
broil for another two minutes.

I used the second rack down from the top when I
broiled the chicken.

|
Goes very well with sauteed yellow squash cut thick
and baked sweet potatoes.
