     Hot Fudge Sauce or Fruit Dip

Ingredients
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Water to thin sauce to desired consistency
 

Instructions
Melt baking chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat. Add condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and 1/4 cup of water. Stir together over low heat until mixture smoothes out and thickens. You may need to add up to 1/4 cup more water to get proper thickness of sauce.
Keeps in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. May need to add a little water when you rewarm it.
Serving Suggestions
Hot fudge sundaes with vanilla ice cream and salted pecans. Also great with fresh fruit as dipping sauc.
