     Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
8 oz shredded cheddar
8 oz shredded swiss
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic
1 (12 oz) beer
1 dash hot sauce
 

Instructions
In large pan, over low heat, combine all ingredients. Stir until melted and thoroughly mixed.
Transfer to fondue pot and keep warm. You'll want to stir the fondue occasionally during dinner.
