     Spicy Thai Fondue

Ingredients
3 small cans chicken broth
3/4 c. coconut milk
2 cloves garlic
2 green onions
1 Tbsp garlic/chili sauce
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1 tsp grated lime zest
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp fish sauce
 
2 Tbsp minced thai basil
1 Tbsp minced gingerroot
2 tsp green curry paste
1 tsp sugar

Instructions
In large pot, over medium- medium/high heat, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Transfer to fondue pot and adjust to keep at or just above a simmer (250-275).
