1. Have an adult cook the chicken on the stove
until it is well done. Once it cools have them
cut it into small squares.
2. Lay out one tortilla on a plate. First start
by adding the cheese evenly sprinkle it along
the one tortilla then the chicken (you might
want to slice the pieces of chicken
horizontally so you quesadilla won't be too
full). After the chicken add the corn, then the
beans, then the spinach, another layer of
cheese, and lastly another tortilla
3. Get a frying pan and oil it with olive oil.
Turn on the stove to low-medium and let the pan
get hot
4. Carefully pick up the tortilla trying to not
let the contents fall out and place it on the
pan.
5. Using a spatula press down on the quesadilla
you want to make sure the bottom of the cheese
is melted and that the contents on the inside
are stuck to the cheese.
6. Flip the quesadilla over and let the cheese
finish melting on the inside.
