Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Add pudding, cake mix, water and oil and mix together until smooth. Add poppy seeds. Pour into greased and floured bunt pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 50-65 minutes.
To reduce fat, replace oil with equal amounts of applesauce or nonfat plain yogurt.
